Join Pastor Tim on this uncertain week in our world, we turn to the next three Psalms, which remind of us God’s faithfulness to His people.
Read along with us! Throughout the week, read Psalms 25-27 and, as you have insights or questions, please leave them in the comments below! We’ll be here throughout the week interacting with each other on the readings! We’re aiming to read Psalm 25 today, Psalm 26 by Wednesday and Psalm 27 by Friday so that we can discuss all three of them together.

Re: Songs for Our Temple (Week 9: Psalms 25-27)
This chapter of Psalms encourages us to rely on God. It’s a good chapter of Psalms to pray. When we pray, we can tell God how we depend on him. Our faith relies on Him for what He has done for us. We trust in the Lord who died and rose for us (Eph 2:8-9)
Psalm 25
Amen, Jim. How wonderful that God forgives our sins and guides us into His good plan!
Re: Songs for Our Temple (Week 9: Psalms 25-27)
Psalms 26 The word vindicates what Jesus will do for us during judgment day. Before entering the temple, David wanted to make sure he was pure. We need to ask God, “do you see anything in my life that I do see that needs to be changed?” God loves us, and seeing His love is to see His redemptive saving work towards you and others.
Re: Songs for Our Temple (Week 9: Psalms 25-27)
PSALMS 27 This chapter of Psalms focuses on meditation. As I journey through the Psalms, it seems as if David’s heart is always focused on needing God’s help through every situation that comes his way. Upon examining ourselves, how do we fall in this category? I can look back and see where I didn’t at times and seems the consequences.

Yes, so true. Often times I try to rely on myself rather than God… that never ends well. I love how David does turn to the Lord in all the different situations of life, just as you say, Jim.
